Free Shipping Across India

All PEPAL orders are shipped free of charge across India.

Once your order is confirmed, it is carefully packed and dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout. You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability and other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate. PEPAL cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Replacement Policy

No Returns. No Refunds. Genuine Replacements, Where Applicable.

At PEPAL, every product is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch. Because our products are personal-use water products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been delivered.

However, we understand that accidents can happen. If your PEPAL One glass bottle breaks or is accidentally damaged during normal use, please contact us with your order details and clear photographs/videos of the damage. Our team will review each case individually.

Where a replacement is approved, PEPAL will provide a replacement glass at no additional cost, including delivery.

What is covered?

The complimentary replacement applies solely to the glass portion of the PEPAL One. It does not include the top lid, bottom lid, or any other component or accessory of the product.

For products that arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs/videos of the product and its packaging, preferably before unpacking and before use. This allows us to verify the condition in which the product was received.

A note on repeated or unusual claims

Our replacement support is intended to protect customers in genuine circumstances. PEPAL reserves the right to limit or decline complimentary replacements where there are repeated claims, evidence of misuse, negligence, intentional damage, or circumstances that reasonably suggest abuse of the replacement policy.

Where a complimentary replacement is not approved, PEPAL may, at its discretion, offer a replacement glass at a preferential or applicable replacement price.

Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, failure to follow care and usage instructions, or normal wear and tear may not qualify for complimentary replacement.

Please do not dispose of, alter, repair, or modify the damaged glass before your replacement request has been reviewed.
